OA Community Service Day Review

On March 26th, we had our annual Community Service Day! We met at East Fork State Park on the chilly Saturday afternoon to complete two projects. One team led by Andy D. built bridges and the other team led by Donnigan C., Alanna C., and Lindsay G. picked up trash and cleaned the camping grounds. 37 Scouts showed up to this event, 24 of those being our own Arrowmen and 13 being other scouts. It was a great way for everyone to get their daily good turn in and we thank Daniel R., our Vice Chief of Administration, for putting together such a great service event! And of course, thank you to all you, the Arrowmen, who attended and made the service possible!

Let’s Build a Bridge @ OA Community Service Day

On Saturday, March 26th, Ku-Ni-Eh Lodge will be holding our Community Service Day! This year we will be meeting at 1 PM and working till 5 PM at East Fork State Park.  We will be installing a small bridge across a creek.

All participants are asked to register for free at https://mycouncil.danbeard.org/Event/10528/Register.  Volunteers should bring water, work gloves and wear clothes that can get dirty and are appropriate for the weather (dress in layers). We can’t wait to see you on the 26th to make a positive impact on our community!
