All minutes of the Lodge Executive Committee meetings are stored on a google drive folder, accessible here.
At minimum, minutes should detail the following:
- Date of the meeting
- Motions and the outcome
- Action items
Minutes should be distributed within 10 days to LEC members for review. Those that have action items can follow-up on them and members that were not able to make the meeting can see what was missed.
Minutes of the previous LEC meeting should approved and accepted at the beginning of the current month’s LEC meeting within the Secretary report.
